Precise Memory Saving on Power Fail : Our counter saves a fraction of a 1-meter length in memory in case of a power failure, eliminating yarn loss and maintaining accuracy. It resumes counting from where it left off when power is restored.

Total Count of Yarn Cuts : The counter keeps track of the total number of times a yarn cut occurs on a machine head, ensuring that all machine heads are in good condition and capable of producing quality reels/tubes/cones.

Password Protection : All settings, except the set value, are password-protected. You can also change the password within the settings. So no one can intentionally or unintentionally change the machine settings, ensuring accurate production of reels/cones.

Total Count of Reels/Cones Produced : Our counter tallies the total number of reels/cones produced, helping you keep track of production and manage inventory efficiently.

Yarn Cut NO/NC Setting : Our counter is universal and compatible with both types of yarn cut switches: NC (normally closed) and NO (normally open). You can set the switch type in the settings, so that you don’t have to buy different counters for different machines.

Low Voltage Safety : Due to the automatic generator changeover and stopper installed in factories, other counters often malfunction during the power switch from generator to electricity. Issues such as display shutdowns, incorrect counting speeds, or complete failure to operate are common. Our counter, however, safeguards against low voltage. If the voltage drops below the required level, it will display “LoVol” and automatically turn off to protect itself.

Counting Direction Setting : You can select the counting direction as Upward or Downward in the settings, allowing flexibility to suit your specific requirements.

Yarn Cut Repetition Indication : If yarn breaks again before restarting the winding process after a yarn break, our counter will display Yncut again and prevent the machine from running until all yarns on a head are corrected by the operator, ensuring equal lengths for all reels/cones.

Adjustable Ratio Setting : You can adjust how many rounds of the winding pulley the counter counts as 1 meter. For example, if your pulleys are 200 mm, you can set the ratio to 5:1, ensuring accurate length measurement. If not needed, the default ratio is always 5:1.

Relay ON/OFF Setting : Choose whether to keep the relay ON or OFF during operation in the settings, giving you control over power usage and machine operation.
