Issues such as display shutdowns, incorrect counting speeds, or complete failure to operate are common. Our counter, however, safeguards against low voltage. If the voltage drops below the required level, it will display “LoVol” and automatically turn off to protect itself.
Counting Direction Setting : You can select the counting direction as Upward or Downward in the settings, allowing flexibility to suit your specific requirements.
Yarn Cut Repetition Indication : If yarn breaks again before restarting the winding process after a yarn break, our counter will display Yncut again and prevent the machine from running until all yarns on a head are corrected by the operator, ensuring equal lengths for all reels/cones.
Adjustable Ratio Setting : You can adjust how many rounds of the winding pulley the counter counts as 1 meter. For example, if your pulleys are 200 mm, you can set the ratio to 5:1, ensuring accurate length measurement. If not needed, the default ratio is always 5:1.
Relay ON/OFF Setting : Choose whether to keep the relay ON or OFF during operation in the settings, giving you control over power usage and machine operation.
