A familiar workspace for your machines, people, and production. Download ACXA, then follow the guide for your computer.
Let’s get you set upChoose your computer. The desktop app is available for Windows and Apple silicon Mac.
Use your existing ACXA account. Internet access is needed for current factory data.
Real Windows footage, with English or Hindi narration and captions. Setup screens can vary by version. The steps below are always here if you prefer to read.
Choose Download for Windows above. Wait for the download to finish before opening the setup file.
Open your browser’s Downloads list, or the Downloads folder on your PC. Open the completed .exe setup file.
The current Windows installer is not digitally signed, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC.” This is a reputation warning; it does not verify that a file is safe.
First, confirm you used the download button on acxa.in. It opens ACXA’s download service at acxa-desk-updates.web.app.
If you trust that source and the message is the unrecognized-app warning, choose More info, check the setup filename, then choose Run anyway.
Keep Windows protection on. If there is no “Run anyway” option, Smart App Control or your workplace policy may block the app. If Windows reports malware, stop. Contact ACXA or your IT team; do not disable security settings.
Choose Get started, review the installation folder and desktop shortcut option, then choose Install Acxa.
If ACXA is already installed, setup may instead show Review update and Repair Acxa or an update option. Save any work and quit ACXA from beside the Windows clock before continuing.
Windows may ask whether to allow changes. Review the request and select Yes only for the ACXA installer you chose to run. If it asks for an administrator’s password you don’t have, ask your IT team.
Keep setup open until it says you’re ready. Choose whether to open ACXA now, then select Finish. You can also open ACXA Control System from the Start menu.
Sign in with your existing ACXA account. Your access to the factory stays with your account.
Tell us which computer and browser you use, and the message you see. Never send your password.
The current downloads are for 64-bit Windows PCs and Apple silicon Macs. Your browser cannot reliably tell us your Mac’s processor. For another computer, use Control System on the web or ask ACXA about compatibility.
For your security, the website does not run software or install it automatically. Open the completed download yourself. A “download requested” message means the link was opened; your browser shows the actual download progress.
