The ACXA Control System is a cloud-based factory command platform designed for circular knitting mills. It connects machines through wireless terminals and gateways to a secure live dashboard, with alerts, worker codes and shifts, performance views, maintenance context, and professional reports — plus a free mobile App for factory customers.
How the System Works
Each ACXA controller sends machine data (RPM, production count, fault status) every 500ms to a wireless Machine Data Terminal. The terminal buffers up to 6 hours of data during connectivity outages and communicates with a Factory Gateway. The Gateway is configured to your hall layout and syncs data to the ACXA cloud. Your dashboard refreshes every minute.
