The ACXA Control System is a cloud-based industrial intelligence platform designed for circular knitting mills. It connects ACXA controllers to the cloud through wireless terminals and gateways, providing real-time monitoring, automated fault detection, production analytics, and remote device management.
How the System Works
Each ACXA controller sends machine data (RPM, production count, fault status) every 500ms to a wireless Machine Data Terminal. The terminal buffers up to 6 hours of data during connectivity outages and communicates with a Factory Gateway. The Gateway is configured to your hall layout and syncs data to the ACXA cloud. Your dashboard refreshes every minute.
