How PID Control Works
ACXA temperature controllers use PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control to maintain precise temperatures. The controller reads temperature from a thermocouple or RTD sensor, compares it to the set point, and adjusts the heater output to maintain the exact temperature needed. Auto-tuning simplifies setup.
Input and Output Options
Thermocouple inputs (J, K, T, E, N, R, S, B types) and RTD inputs (Pt100) cover most industrial temperature sensing needs. Output options include relay, SSR drive, and analog (4-20mA) for controlling heaters, solenoid valves, or SCR power controllers.
