How Winding Counters Work
ACXA winding counters connect to the machine's encoder or proximity sensor to measure yarn length precisely. They count completed cones or tubes, detect yarn cuts, and store all data in non-volatile memory so nothing is lost during power failures. Password protection prevents unauthorized changes to settings.
Reshmi Machine Compatibility (Model 496YC)
The 496YC is specifically designed for Reshmi thread winding machines. The 48x96mm panel fits the same cutout as the original counter. Same wiring, same plugs. It offers non-volatile memory, yarn-cut detection, total reel/cone counting, and precise length accuracy. A direct plug-and-play replacement.
UTM & Delhi-Made Machine Compatibility (Model 994YC)
The 994YC serves UTM and Delhi-made thread winding machines. It uses the same panel size and wiring as the original counter. Features include non-volatile memory, yarn-cut detection, password protection, and precise length measurement. No modifications needed for installation.
